    Our in-house caterer, Carlyle’s, led by the very team that opened the venue, ensures a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for you and your guests. From buffet, chef-attended stations, or plated dinner, Carlyle’s offers a variety of catering styles to suit the celebration. Rental fee & Capacity

The rental fee includes exclusive and unshared use of entire facility for the agreed upon timeframe. Rates vary depending on day & time of the week. Our space is best suited for weddings in the 100–250 guest range, allowing room for a full ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception without feeling crowded or oversized.

Base rental includes part of cocktail hour and reception. For couples wanting to host both their ceremony and reception, we recommend adding on our Ceremony Package, which offers a (1) additional event hour, (1) ceremony rehearsal hour (pending venue availability), and (3) vendor load-in hours. AUDIO/VISUAL

The Carlyle has a basic in-house AV package available for rental. It includes two wireless mics, two speakers, and one 85” TV monitor. We also have a 12x24 in-house stage with black curtain surround, or option to upgrade to white shiplap stage surround.

For larger AV needs, we work with Active Production & Design and Sifi Entertainment.

parking

The Carlyle has 55 on-site parking spots available for all events. We can assist in coordinating valet or shuttle services for any event needing additional parking through our exclusive partners. Cost based on estimated number of cars and length of event. With contracted Valet and/or Shuttle packages, parking capacity increases to 125 cars.

VENDOR Information

We are happy to provide vendor recommendations for any of the following: flowers, décor, draping, wedding coordinators & planners, specialty linens, band, DJ, and stage.

Exclusive Bar: The Carlyle is the exclusive holder of a liquor license, therefore all beverage, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be provided through the venue. View our beverage packages here.

Exclusive Valet: We have 55 onsite parking spots and work with an exclusive valet company for all additional parking needs.

Catering: For a truly seamless experience, we have in-house catering by Carlyle’s, our sister company. Otherwise, there is a $1000 kitchen-use/outside catering fee for any outside caterer contracted for events. Outside caterer must provide proof of insurance and business license.
