Rental fee & Capacity
The rental fee includes exclusive and unshared use of entire facility for the agreed upon timeframe. Rates vary depending on day & time of the week. The Carlyle has over 11,000 sq. ft. of event space and can host events up to 500 guests. Capacity and flow depend on scope and desired set up of event. VENDOR Information
We are happy to provide vendor recommendations for any of the following: flowers, décor, draping, wedding coordinators & planners, specialty linens, band, DJ, and stage.
Exclusive Bar: The Carlyle is the exclusive holder of a liquor license, therefore all beverage, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be provided through the venue. View our beverage packages here.
Exclusive Valet: We have 55 onsite parking spots and work with an exclusive valet company for all additional parking needs.
Catering: For a truly seamless experience, we have in-house catering by Carlyle’s, our sister company. Otherwise, there is a $1000 kitchen-use/outside catering fee for any outside caterer contracted for events. Outside caterer must provide proof of insurance and business license.
AUDIO/VISUAL
The Carlyle has a basic in-house AV package available for rental. It includes two wireless mics, two speakers, and one 85” TV monitor. We also have a 12x24 in-house stage with black curtain surround, or option to upgrade to white shiplap stage surround.
For larger AV needs, we work with Active Production & Design and Sifi Entertainment.
parking
The Carlyle has 55 on-site parking spots available for all events. We can assist in coordinating valet or shuttle services for any event needing additional parking through our exclusive partners. Cost based on estimated number of cars and length of event. With contracted Valet and/or Shuttle packages, parking capacity increases to 125 cars.
